PHYSICIAN-LED PEPTIDE EDUCATION

You've already started. Now know what you're doing.

You're reading protocols on Reddit and watching three doctors disagree about the same compound, then ordering things you can't fully explain to your own physician. Peptide Mastery puts the whole picture in one place, from a physician who reads the research.

Why I built this course

A 2-minute note from Dr. Froese.

*Now including dosing and protocols.

01 / THE PROBLEM

Everyone's talking peptides. Almost nobody knows why they work.

You're hearing about BPC-157, SS-31, MOTS-c, retatrutide, NAD+, GHK-Cu, and a new one every week.

Some of you are already on two or three. Others are trying to figure out where to start. And the people you'd normally ask, your doctor first, may not have had time to study every emerging compound.

"I wish there were one place to understand the research, the unknowns, and the questions I should ask."

Dr. Froese built Peptide Mastery to bring structure to that conversation.

"Should someone start with SS-31 before MOTS-c?"

"Which type of bloodwork should I discuss before taking SS-31?"

"How do you know what the problem is and what to target?"

"I started peptides without understanding the side effects."

02 / INFORMATION OVERLOAD

Stop piecing together your protocol from disconnected sources.

Most people who want to understand peptides end up collecting information from everywhere, with no way to tell the true parts from the marketing, or whether any of it applies to them.

Reddit threads · YouTube · Telegram groups · Vendor blogs · Podcasts · Biohacker forums · Research abstracts · A friend at the gym

WHAT YOU STILL DON'T KNOW

  1. How does it actually work?
  2. Is it right for what I'm trying to address?
  3. What should I check before I start?
  4. What are the risks and who shouldn't take it?
  5. What do I watch while I'm on it?
  6. How strong is the evidence, really?
  7. When should I stop?

03 / THE FRAMEWORK

Learn to think about peptides the way a physician does.

Peptide Mastery now covers dosing and protocols as they're discussed in the research and in clinical practice, and it teaches the reasoning behind each one. You'll know why a protocol is built the way it is, so you can evaluate the next compound that shows up on your feed without a new course for it.

01

Mechanism

What the peptide is actually doing in your body, and why that matters for your goal.

02

Where it fits

What each compound is being studied or used for, and what it's not.

03

Is it for you

The factors to discuss with your physician before considering a compound.

04

Safety & risk

Potential side effects, contraindications, interactions, and warning signs.

05

Dosing & protocols

How dosing, timing, route, cycling, and protocols are approached in the research and in clinical practice, and why they're built that way.

06

Monitoring

What symptoms and labs may be worth discussing with your clinician.

07

Evidence

Separating research and clinical experience from hype.

04 / THE OUTCOME

From "I read it on a forum" to "I understand what I'm considering."

You don't need to become a researcher. You don't need to try every compound with a Reddit thread. You need enough understanding to ask better questions and have an informed conversation with your doctor.

Who this is for: anyone already taking peptides, or considering them, who wants to understand what they are doing. Including people who wish their telehealth visit had given them more time to ask questions.

  • âś“ Know what a compound does before you take it
  • âś“ Match compounds to the question you're actually trying to answer
  • âś“ Understand sequencing instead of guessing
  • âś“ Recognize the risks and warning signs
  • âś“ Know what to discuss and monitor with your physician
  • âś“ Judge a claim by its evidence, not its view count
  • âś“ Decide when a peptide does, and doesn't, belong in your plan

05 / YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Learn with Dr. Froese.

A board-certified family medicine physician who discusses peptide research and its risks.

Dr. Froese created this course because people asking thoughtful questions were often already using peptides, with no clear framework to interpret what they were hearing. Peptide Mastery is a structured way to explore those questions.

Credentials: Board-certified family medicine physician. Attended FDA Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee hearings on peptides in person, July 2026. Discusses peptide research and its limitations with a broad audience.

08 / FAQ

Questions, answered clearly.

Does the course include dosing and protocols?

Yes. It covers dosing and protocols as they're discussed in the research and in clinical practice, plus the reasoning behind them: how a protocol is built, what to monitor, and when to stop. It's education, not individualized medical advice, so decide what's right for you with your own physician.

Can you help me find a provider or a legitimate source?

Yes. The course includes resources to help you find licensed prescribers and reputable, state-licensed compounding pharmacies, and shows you how to vet quality, such as pharmacy licensing and third-party testing. Availability depends on each peptide's current regulatory status.

I'm already on peptides. Is this still useful?

It was designed for people who have already started or are considering them and want a clearer understanding of the science, uncertainties, and safety questions.

Do I need a medical background?

No. It's taught by a physician at a level a motivated non-clinician can follow. The reference guides go deeper, and the lessons walk you through the ideas.

Is this medical advice?

No. Peptide Mastery is educational and does not replace personalized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your own physician.

The goal isn't to take more peptides.

The goal is to understand them well enough to make informed decisions with your physician.
